Tribute to the great Dr. Edward Robinson
Let’s finish the great Dr.s work
Philadelphia Education Reform: Dr. Edward Robinson @ 44th Anniv. of ’67 Black student protest!
Things haven’t changed. They’ve progressively gotten worse. We always wait until it’s too late. After the dead birds in the cage was evident enough of the poisonous atmosphere surrounding us. Yes we’re in the literal cave.
Think critically!
You’re children are your salvation and the enemy knows it.
They’re under assault. Our cities with leaders who look like us are not our friends.
Still no African History curriculum being taught at the Philadelphia School District. Superintendent Dr. Ackerman was unceremoniously forced out by buying out her contract and by slandering her in the media. I remember how great an academic she was with a myriad of successful stints in other failed districts when she came here but was a terrible administrator when she was forced to leave. How do you fail at something that you love to do having never failed at any level before this interesting situation. Now schools are being closed and funding has been slashed by both the State of Pa. and the City. Unfortunately Dr. Edward Robinson died last year and never saw his work realized. There may be something to what Dr. Robinson says about the role of the Teacher’s Union. Studies showed over a fifteen year period in a program funded by a black couple in a private school that black students excelled not only academically but sociologically. What does that mean and why is it important? Look at the video and understand that we are on a multilevel sophisticated platform of psychological warfare of the mind.
The Raising Awareness Group is looking for a meeting venue in the Philadelphia area to hold educational workshops, conduct community interest and service meetings as well as co-hosting a Rites of Passage program for our youth. If you can help provide us with this critical need or know someone who can please drop us an email to the group. Look under the Contact Us page for the form.
